PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN QUOTING
We expect the SUBJECT/TITLE of the enquiry to be very clear and should ALWAYS include CLOSING DATE and RFQ NUMBER.
DON’T start your own email when responding to the enquiry but just REPLY to the email sent to you in order NOT to change the SUBJECT/TITLE. At this stage, you can now replace the sending email with the one on the RFQ and attach your quotations AND EMAIL BACK your response. This is meant to easily RELATE/TRACK your response to the RFQ.
DON’T send the email response to the individual buyer but to the email indicated on the ENQUIRY document UNLESS advised otherwise.
Note that quotations will be received from the central point and not by the buyer hence adherence to the above-stated requirement is very important otherwise your quotation will not be considered.
